Refund Policy for Henergy Services

At Henergy Services, we strive to provide high-quality equipment rentals and welding services to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we have created this Refund Policy to clarify our process for refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.

1. Equipment Rental Refunds

  • Full Refunds: You may receive a full refund for your equipment rental if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact our customer service team at hardwickhenry0@gmail.com or 505-933-1204 to request the cancellation and refund.

  • Partial Refunds: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or after the delivery has been made, you may receive a partial refund, depending on the condition of the equipment and the rental duration.

  • No Refunds: If you cancel the rental after the equipment has been delivered or used, no refund will be issued. You are still responsible for the full rental fee, including any applicable delivery or late fees.

2. Welding Service Refunds

  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled welding service at least 48 hours in advance, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours or after the service has been performed, no refund will be issued.

  • Service Issues: If there is an issue with the welding service (e.g., the service is not completed as agreed or is unsatisfactory), please contact us within 3 business days to request a resolution. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a rework, partial refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Equipment

  • Damaged Equipment: If the rental equipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at [email] or [phone number]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged equipment.

  • Incorrect Equipment: If you receive the wrong equipment or a wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the equipment. We will arrange for an exchange or refund of the incorrect item.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process and may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you paid via a third-party service (e.g., PayPal), the refund will be issued according to the terms and processing time of that service.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Late Fees: Late return of rental equipment will incur additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement. These fees are non-refundable.

  • Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable once the equipment has been shipped, unless the cancellation is made before the equipment is shipped.
