At Henergy Services, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and safe delivery of our rental equipment and welding services to ensure your projects stay on track. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policy:

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Equipment rentals will be delivered within the time frame selected when booking, depending on your location and the availability of equipment.

  • Expedited Delivery: For urgent needs, expedited delivery options are available. Please contact our team at 505-933-1204 or hardwickhenry0@gmail.com for more details and to arrange an expedited service.

2. Delivery Costs​

  • Free Delivery: Certain rental packages may include free delivery depending on the promotional offers available or minimum order values.

  • You will see the applicable shipping costs at checkout before confirming your rental.

  • All Rentals that include delivery will subjected to a $50 standard delivery fee. 

3. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver rental equipment to Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding areas. For other locations, please contact us to check availability and receive a shipping quote.

4. Delivery Process

  • Your rental equipment will be delivered to the specified address provided at checkout.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If any equipment is damaged during delivery or if an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

6. Returns & Pick-Up

  • At the end of your rental period, we will arrange for the pickup of the equipment. Pickup dates will be coordinated based on the agreed-upon rental term.

  • If you need to extend your rental, please notify us in advance to avoid any interruptions.

7. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping for equipment rentals. We only service customers within the Lubbock area. Please contact us for further clarification if you're unsure.

8. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations or changes to the delivery address must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Changes or cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.
